Morning Balance Essential Oil Blend

A very refreshing and balancing blend to support digestive function and gently counter queasiness.

Morning sickness and digestion
Add 1 drop direct to your Solar Plexus, repeat up to 6 times a day.
Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser. Especially good overnight.
Smudge 2 drops onto pulse points when the first sensations of nausea arise.
Apply 3 drops to your clothes as required.

Motion sickness – air, car, sea travel
Add 1-3 drops to a spray bottle and spritz into your surroundings or into the car as needed.
Smudge 2 drops onto pulse points when the first sensations of nausea arise.
Apply 3 drops to your clothes as required.

Safety considerations
This blend is professionally designed for use during pregnancy and is very safe when applied as directed. This blend can be used safely alongside other medicines when necessary. Not for internal use – if accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes – flush with water.
